YOUTH 

  • Our Youth program produces kind, strong and healthy kids.

  • There is no Intro course required for our Youth Program.

  • Our Youth work out with our Adult Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm. 

  • There is a Youth Coach and an Adult Coach during this class period.

  • A *new* level based program is being introduced to keep the kids motivated and challenged. They will earn patches as they demonstrate proficiency in a variety of skills and education.

  • Our program requires discipline and builds confidence through body awareness in an inclusive environment.

  • Our kids become friends and find the competitive environment to be a motivating factor in wanting to improve.

  • The Youth class is work but also fun. Kids and adults need to move, run, jump, play, and be silly. We work all that into our program.
