Our Youth program produces kind, strong and healthy kids.
There is no Intro course required for our Youth Program.
Our Youth work out with our Adult Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm.
There is a Youth Coach and an Adult Coach during this class period.
A *new* level based program is being introduced to keep the kids motivated and challenged. They will earn patches as they demonstrate proficiency in a variety of skills and education.
Our program requires discipline and builds confidence through body awareness in an inclusive environment.
Our kids become friends and find the competitive environment to be a motivating factor in wanting to improve.
The Youth class is work but also fun. Kids and adults need to move, run, jump, play, and be silly. We work all that into our program.
