Memberships

Memberships:


  • All CrossFit memberships (except CFK) are Inclusive.

  • Members have the freedom to attend as many MainLine or Barbell Skills and Drills classes as they want.

  • Members also have the luxury of using Open Gym hours to work on skills or weaknesses.

  • Members have access to ROMWOD, a dedicated program to increase mobility and flexibility.

  • Iron Horse Barbell Club is available at an additional cost and is separate from the Barbell Skills and Drills classes.

  • Most specialty clinics are included at no additional cost.

  • Memberships are offered at a reduced monthly rate for 6-month commitments. Month-to-Month memberships are also available. 

  • CFK/Teens are a month-to-month membership and are at a reduced cost for TrainTown CrossFit members. There is also a reduced rate for siblings.

  • CFK/Youth are on a 6 week cyle for Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring.


Pricing:


  • Inclusive 6 month commitment-$135/month

  • Inclusive without a commitment-$150/month

  • CFK/Teens: Members-$50/month  Non-members-$60/month.  Siblings are 50%

  • CFK/Youth: Members- $50/session  Non-members-$60/session.  Siblings are 50%

  • Intro/On Track: One month Inclusive membership with 4 Personal Training Sessions-$120

  • Punch card: 10 classes for $150

  • Iron Horse Barbell Club: $65 for 6 weeks of personalized and coached programming on the Oly Platforms. CF membership required.


Discounts:


  • We offer reduced rates on 6 month memberships; CFK for TTCF members; High School students and same household/families. 

  • Because we believe that every athlete is equally valuable regardless of profession, we do not discount based on profession.

  • We pride ourselves on giving you experienced trainers, an excellent and clean training facility, and effective programming. 


Open Gym:


  • Included in all memberships (except CFK and Punch Cards)

  • Open Gym hours are available to improve skills or weight training.

  • There is no coaching during Open Gym and no WODs are allowed

  • Must be 18 to access open gym unsupervised.


Drop-Ins:


  • We welcome visitors who are current members of a CrossFit Affiliate to join us for a WOD. Visitors can either participate in our scheduled program or hit up their own. 

  • Visitors can sign the waiver and reserve their spot online at traintowncrossfit.wodify.com.  CLICK HERE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. 


Personal Training:


  • We are available for personal training sessions for skills and Olympic Lifting at a time that works for you. Personal Training Packages are available. Individual programming and competitive programming are also available.

  • Contact us to let us know what you would like to focus on and we can personalize a session for you.


Specialty Clinics:


  • We offer specialty clinics that are open to our members and can include mobility, double unders, kipping, rope climbing, Toes to bar and other skills. 

  • These are announced in advance and have limited availability.


Wodify:


  • We are pleased to offer our members the Performance Tracking application of Wodify.
