  • This is our Adult CrossFit Class (ages 16 and up)

  • You will be coached through the entire workout that has been prescribed for the day (WOD is “workout of the day”) Your trainers will assess your performance and provide constructive comments to help you improve during the WOD and for future WODs.

  • You will be corrected on proper movement (technique), supervised during the WOD to maintain that technique (consistency) and directed to move faster or with heavier weight as appropriate (power).

  • This is where all the magic happens. Enjoy the process. This is a journey without a finish line.
