Legends

  • Geared towards our athletes 70 years old and up or those needing a program tailored specifically towards functional fitness and strength.

  • There is less emphasis on power (heavy lifting and speed).

  • Athletes will be challenged based on their level of fitness and may change their membership to the MainLine/Masters program, if appropriate.

  • Our Legends have their own prescribed daily workout designed specifically for them.
