Geared towards our athletes 70 years old and up or those needing a program tailored specifically towards functional fitness and strength.
There is less emphasis on power (heavy lifting and speed).
Athletes will be challenged based on their level of fitness and may change their membership to the MainLine/Masters program, if appropriate.
Our Legends have their own prescribed daily workout designed specifically for them.
