CFK/YOUTH & Teens Program


  • CrossFit Kids (Teens and Youth) is programmed to accommodate ages 5-15.

  • There is no Intro course required for CFK and classes/memberships are on a month to month program.

  • Classes are 45 min. in length to include a warm-up, skill session, WOD, and Post-WOD work.

  • Kids will meet with one of our coaches before starting the class to introduce them into the program.

  • A *new* level based program is being introduced to keep the kids motivated and challenged. They will earn patches as they demonstrate proficiency in a variety of skills and education.

  • Our program requires discipline and builds confidence through body awareness in an inclusive environment.

  • Our kids become friends and find the competitive environment to be a motivating factor in wanting to improve.

  • The CFK class is work but also fun. Kids and adults need to move, run, jump, play, and be silly. We work all that into our program.
