CFK/Teens Program

  • CrossFit Kids/Teens is programmed specifically to this age group (10-15)

  • There is no Intro course required for CFK. Kids can start at anytime.

  • Classes are 45 min. in length to include a warm-up, skill session, WOD, and Post-WOD work

  • Saturday classes are focused on strength/weightlifting.

  • Our program requires discipline and builds confidence through body awareness in an inclusive environment.

  • Our kids become friends and find the competitive environment to be a motivating factor in wanting to improve.

  • The CFK class is work but also fun. Kids and adults need to move, run, jump, play, and be silly. We work all that into our program.
